Scrolling social media & all you see is Covid19 talks, The Tiger guy, & home workouts.
Throw in some crappy food, Netflix, and lack of movement.

​This down time should have you improving and evolving.

31 DAYS TO  GET THE BODY MOVING. ALL WORKOUTS WILL  BE CUSTOMIZED, IF YOU GOT EQUIPMENT OR DONT.
NUTRITION WILL BE BROKEN DOWN TO EDUCATE & SHOW YOU DIFFERENT METHODS.
SO WHAT MAKES THIS PROGRAM DIFFERENT?
if you got questions, you get answers- DIRECTLY.  Accountability is crucial, especially during Social distancing/ stay home.
I WILL also be having Lectures on Health & what it takes to see true & lasting results. This time around I  will be Having a private facebook group page as well.
I  will have Daily tutorial workouts, on top of motivation & educational videos.

This will be exclusive & Personal.
