My name is Anthony Gonzalez & I've been a personal trainer for 11 years. I have certifications through Crossfit (level 1, Gymnastics), RFT ( Raw functional Training) Level 1. I practice a holistic/ science based path towards evolving practical application through a better gun. Years of training has ventured me off to Bodybuilding, Crossfit, Powerlifting, calisthenics, & Yoga. I respect all movement. I’ve worked with thousands of clients through the decade & have traveled many states to share my passion. I’m a full time entrepreneur. 1 of my business’- G-FIT LIFESTYLE operates a fitness center located in Mcdermont X where I have a solid staff + trainers to educate, teach, train many individuals. Paired off with that we have a Fuel Bar where we serve fresh Juice, shakes, & nutritional products. I’m also the lead Fitness instructor for the Get up & Move program (G.U.M) that touches hundreds of lives each school year from ages 11-15. I’ve also been been the Lindsay High school JV boys basketball coach going on 7 years. With all the years of training, growing, & learning- Evolution is a must. The Fitness/ health industry is in a losing battle with Heart disease, Obesity/over weight, & sicknesses. With all the gyms & personal trainers popping up, what’s the problem? I dedicate & work with a fire to give back to our communities, environment, & world. It starts with 1 encounter, conversation, & client. Whether I’m coaching 1 of my clients in person or across the states, I pledge to give my all. ALL THE REPS in the gym, diet, & in life. |

As a high level athlete, Johnny now advocates pursuing true vitality through a plant-based diet inspired by the works of Arnold Ehret and other plant-based healing luminaries. Johnny is an inspirational speaker who also demonstrates great feats of strength to show how strong one can be on a plant-based diet.
