This isn’t a workout program. This isn’t a diet plan. This isn't a transformation challenge everyone gets a trophy plan. This is a complete shift of a mindset. Throwing habits and patterns that we have created that are slowly destroying us from our full potential. This Project can be similar to a Show Prep. It will require the same work/ commitment inside & outside of the gym. If you choose to step on stage i will coach you along your journey- If you choose not to, we will still get you in the best shape possible. This doesn’t come easy. Some will be scared of the price. Building. lean & disciplined size (3-4 months) in prep for the cutting portion • Dropping habits & forming new ones to help build / grow the body / mind • Introducing Quality foods to the daily routine • Counting calories/ macros to leave no stone unturned while building a solid frame • TRAINING that is tied in to your goals through a series of workouts/ physical requirements that not only build a solid physique, but keeps you well rounded and ready • CHECKING IN Bi-weekly checkins with pictures / weight / pros / cons - ]n Address weak spots, celebrate successes • INBODY TESTING to get a narrow view on your exact goals (3-4 weeks ) WHAT IS INBODY? Now we…. • Narrow down the things you’re consuming that might be slowing you down ( digestion patterns) • Implementing more Whole Foods that you can substitute with the foods you been eating (flexible dieting) • Cut down through shifting macros / calories around • Get More in depth with what foods work best for you & your lifestyle • Focus more on the physique & what you need aside from what you want.
